🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Item must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase is required
📦 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of collectibles, the following may not be eligible for return:
- Opened or used items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
💲 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank
🚫 Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
